Delivery

We deliver to anywhere in Kuwait.

Delivery for most areas is 2KD. For further areas it can increase to a maximum of 6KD.

You can select a delivery time during your checkout process. Otherwise, it takes between 18 to 24 hours to deliver your regular order and 2 days to deliver your customized order, depending on the time of day, the traffic level we are facing and your location.

Returns

You have 14 days to return or exchange products.

The returns process requires two simple steps:

1. Return the relevant products to a store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging if purchased in one of our stores/ or by contacting us on WhatsApp on the number +965 60627080 if purchased online.
2. Carry the relevant invoice, Please note that the duration is in accordance to the relevant applicable laws in your country, and in case of offers, special conditions are to be applied.
3. Customized orders are not returnable if the product is in good condition as they are custom made for you.
